Timing of expansion
A second location, a new plant, a market entry, a large capital commitment. The question is rarely whether — you have usually decided that already. It is when, and whether the coming period is one to commit or to consolidate.

A second location, a new plant, a market entry, a large capital commitment. The question is rarely whether — you have usually decided that already. It is when, and whether the coming period is one to commit or to consolidate.
Whether to take someone on, and how the working relationship is likely to run once the initial goodwill has been spent. Charts are read alongside one another, so the compatibility question is answered before the agreement is signed rather than litigated after it.
The hardest conversation in any family business. Who is suited to what, when a transition should begin, and how to think honestly about a child who may not want the role prepared for them. This is rarely settled in one sitting.
Commercial and personal purchases — the timing of the transaction, and whether the property suits the person acquiring it. Office locations are among the most frequent reasons a business owner calls: which building, which floor, which orientation.
For senior professionals: whether to take the offer or stay, whether a difficult phase is structural or passing, and when a transition is likely to be received well. The same shape as a promoter’s questions — only the balance sheet is personal.
Auspicious timing for an incorporation, a launch, a signing or an inauguration — chosen against the chart of the person or the entity, not from a general almanac.
On timing
Life is rarely short of options. What people struggle with is timing.
A decision that is right today may not have been right six months ago. A difficult period may simply require patience; another moment may call for decisive action. The difference between the two is rarely obvious from inside it.
Astrology, used properly, is not about surrendering a decision to fate. It is about understanding timing, patterns and possibilities well enough to move with awareness rather than hope.
The decision always remains yours. My role is to help you see it more clearly.
Our approach
Bring the decision, not the birth chart.
A business consultation begins with the situation as it actually stands — the constraint, the deadline, the people involved, what has already been tried. Only then is the chart read, against the specifics rather than in the abstract.
What you leave with is a view: whether the timing supports the decision, what the risks around it look like, and what the shape of the coming months is likely to be. Where a remedy is warranted, it is explained and prescribed. Where none is, you are told so.
What is discussed stays between you and Richa. Succession, partnership difficulty and the state of a business are not repeated — not to family members who are also clients, and not as examples elsewhere.
You do not need to believe in astrology to find the conversation useful. Most people who come are not sure what they believe. That has never mattered much.
Real conversations
Case study · Business
A manufacturing entrepreneur was preparing to commit to a significant capacity expansion. The business fundamentals were sound; the timing carried substantial financial risk. The consultation examined the timing of the expansion alongside his longer-term objectives. Rather than proceeding immediately, the project was deferred by a few months and the execution plan refined. The revised timeline gave the business greater operational stability, and the expansion began under more favourable conditions.
The consultation did not change the business strategy. It helped an important decision be made with greater clarity and confidence.
Case study · Business
A senior banking professional was weighing two leadership offers — one with immediate financial gain, the other with stronger long-term potential. The implications were both professional and personal. The consultation assessed the timing of the move against his career cycle and his own priorities. The discussion turned on long-term alignment and readiness rather than short-term gain. He took the role that matched those longer considerations, and said afterwards that having the decision structured brought confidence and peace of mind through an uncertain period.
The value was not in choosing between two offers. It was in reaching a considered decision with clarity.
Case study · Business
A second-generation business owner was preparing to hand leadership on from the founding generation while bringing the next generation in. The family faced difficult questions about timing, responsibilities and long-term continuity, and held differing views. The consultation looked at the timing of the transition alongside the family’s broader goals and dynamics. The discussion covered not only favourable periods for change, but how to build alignment, reduce unnecessary friction, and approach the key decisions deliberately rather than reactively. The family implemented the transition in phases, letting responsibilities shift gradually while the business stayed stable.
The consultation was not about predicting the future. It was about helping a family move through one of its most important transitions with clarity, confidence and continuity.
Beyond a single sitting
Consultations are not isolated events.
Most long-term clients return at every significant turn — a career change, a business decision, a marriage, a property purchase, a family transition. Over time the relationship widens beyond the person who started it. A business owner brings a spouse. A parent brings a child. A family asks for Vastu guidance when they buy.
The role is not to predict one event. It is to be a trusted advisor through many chapters.
Some of the families advised today first came to Richa’s grandfather, then to her father.
Where the disciplines meet
Business questions rarely stay inside one discipline. A decision about premises becomes a Vastu question. A new entity or brand name becomes a numerology question. A succession conversation almost always becomes a family one. Where that happens it is handled in the same consultation rather than referred elsewhere.

You do not need to know which area your question belongs to. Most questions belong to more than one, and sorting that out is Richa’s job, not yours.
Or send the question on WhatsApp first, if you would rather start there.
